Stipend
Stipend will be paid as per the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 and Apprentices Rules, 1992 (as amended) and IOCL guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as on 31.01.2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 24 Years (General/EWS)
Age Relaxation
- SC / ST: 5 Years
- OBC / MOBC (NCL): 3 Years
- PwBD: 10 Years
- PwBD-OBC (NCL): 13 Years
- PwBD-SC / ST: 15 Years
Educational Qualification
- Trade Apprentice (Chemical / Boiler): 3 Years B.Sc (Maths, Physics, Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry)
- Technician Apprentice – Chemical: 3 Years Diploma in Chemical / Petrochemical / Refinery & Petrochemical Engineering
- Technician Apprentice – Mechanical: 3 Years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Technician Apprentice – Instrumentation: 3 Years Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics / Control Engineering
