Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Trade Apprentice (Chemical / Boiler – Mechanical): 3-year full-time B.Sc degree with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry.
- Technician Apprentice – Chemical: 3-year Diploma in Chemical / Petrochemical / Refinery & Petrochemical Engineering.
- Technician Apprentice – Instrumentation: 3-year Diploma in Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Electronics / Applied Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering.
Age Limit (as on 31-01-2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 24 Years (General / EWS)
- Age relaxation applicable for SC / ST / OBC (NCL) / PwBD candidates as per Govt. rules.
Stipend & Training
Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend as prescribed under the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 and Apprentices Rules, 1992. The training will be conducted at Digboi Refinery as per IOCL norms.
