🔹 A) Officer – AO&CS (Terminal Services)
- Reservations & Ticketing
- Handle ticket bookings at the counter
- Sell tickets and manage payments
- Answer customer queries
- Departures
- Attend pre/post flight briefings
- Manage check-in counters
- Screen baggage
- Assist passengers
- Arrivals
- Handle damaged baggage cases
- Coordinate with baggage team
- Track lost baggage
- Post-Flight
- Maintain and file flight documents
🔹 B) Officer – Security
- Maintain security standards
- Perform threat assessment
- Follow security procedures
- Monitor quality systems
- Prevent theft and ensure safety
🔹 C) Officer – AO&CS (Ramp)
- Coordinate aircraft arrival
- Manage ground equipment
- Ensure timely baggage handling
- Supervise aircraft loading
- Maintain ramp documentation

- Graduation required
- Valid Passport mandatory
- No visible tattoos
- Flexible for night/rotational shifts
